Todee Liberia, West Africa

 

BRIDGE purchased 50 acres of property in Todee Liberia, West Africa. On this property, we will build a K-12 school consisting of five buildings that will serve a student population of 400.  Four of the buildings will be classrooms and the fifth building will be an administration building consisting of secretarial offices, and a library.  This project also includes an aquaponics lab, an alternate energy source of solar power, and a water refining system.

 

The school curriculum will include aquaponics, trades, and adult literacy in the evening.  The sustainability of the school will be based on four streams of revenue.  They include the following: tuition, the sale of fish, vegetables, water, and energy.
